MAKEUP SERVICE SELECTION

Enter the number of people receiving each service and indicate if you would like extended on-site touchups.

Full Glam Makeup – $110

Full-face makeup, lashes, contouring, and a flawless finish.

Lash Application Only – $10 Airbrush

Natural Glam Makeup – $85

Light coverage for a fresh, polished look (lashes not included).

Airbrush Foundation Upgrade – $30

Men’s Grooming – $25

Skin enhancement, anti-shine, and subtle complexion correction.

Makeup Touch-Up Kits – $15

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

TRAVEL FEES, BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICY

  • A non-refundable deposit of 40% is required to secure your appointment.

  • Travel fees may apply for locations outside of 75028.

  • Client is responsible for covering any parking or hotel accommodations if required.

  • Final payment is due on the day of service.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the remaining balance.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged the full remaining balance.

  • MADE by Kota James LLC is not liable for any damage, loss, or allergic reactions that occur before, during, or after services.

  • The Client agrees that the Makeup Artist may take photos and/or videos for portfolio and social media use, unless the Client provides written notice declining consent.

  • A $25 travel fee applies to locations 10 - 20 miles from the 75028 ZIP code.
    Note: For locations beyond 20 miles, an additional charge of $0.50 per mile is applied.
